Jamie is a BSc Fitness and Personal Training (Hons) graduate who takes pride in improving people’s health and lifestyle. With a firm belief in structuring training around life rather than life around training and taking one step at a time he loves improving individual’s health, lifestyle and education in both. With experience in working in rehab programmes Jamie enjoys helping those who feel they can’t see exercise and a healthier lifestyle as an enjoyable process change their mind. Jamie believes that a healthier lifestyle shouldn’t be a hindrance on the things you want to do in life but a tool to support you. This extends past the gym and into the kitchen and your weekly life, what’s important for your lifestyle should be just as important in your fitness plan.
